1. Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation (Within 24 Hours): You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing or processing it, free of charge. No deduction will apply during this time frame.
  • Cancellation (After 24 Hours but Before Shipment): If you cancel your order after the 24-hour window but before shipment, you will receive a refund of 90% of the total payment. A 10% deduction will apply to cover administrative and processing costs.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Please ensure that all details are correct before confirming your order.

2. Defective Items

While we conduct thorough testing of all products prior to shipment to ensure quality, defects may still occur. If you receive a defective item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at xcmkbtech@gmail.com.
  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the defect to help us assess the issue.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. However, if you are located outside of our country and shipping is costly, we will assist with local repairs or help cover repair costs locally. If the item is determined to be unfixable, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Return Policy

  • No Returns on Custom Orders: Products that include customizations (e.g., unique colors, layouts, or configurations outside of our standard offerings) are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances. Please double-check your customization selections before finalizing your purchase.
  • Defective Returns: Returns are only accepted for defective items (as described in Section 2). In the event of a return due to a defect, the buyer is responsible for covering return shipping costs. However, we will cover the cost of sending a replacement item back to you.

4. Refunds

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds for eligible cancellations or defective items will be processed within 1-2 business days from the date we approve your return request. The exact time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on the payment method or bank handling the transaction.
