At XCMKB, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and securely. Below are the details of our shipping process, couriers, delivery times, and other relevant information to ensure a smooth experience.

1. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide from Malaysia. If your country is not listed in our available shipping options during checkout, please contact us at xcmkbtech@gmail.com. We will do our best to arrange a suitable shipping solution for you.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer. For custom items, the shipping timeline will be subject to discussion and may extend beyond the standard processing time, depending on the nature and complexity of the customization. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

We work with multiple courier partners to provide a range of shipping options:

  • DHL Express is the fastest option, with delivery times of 2-5 working days (up to 7 working days for remote locations). DHL is ideal for urgent orders, though it cannot ship boards with lithium batteries. Customers will need to source a compatible socketed battery locally, which can be installed without soldering.
  • Wyngs Sdn Bhd, our forwarding partner, offers budget-friendly rates but with variable delivery times due to dependency on flight availability. Estimated delivery times are around 10 working days to the USA, 6 working days to the UK, and 10-15 working days to Europe. In rare cases, flights may be delayed, potentially extending the delivery time by 1-2 weeks. Wyngs also cannot ship boards with lithium batteries.
  • SF International Express and FMX handle shipments to Singapore, with typical delivery times of 5-7 working days. Lithium batteries are allowed with these couriers.
  • For Southeast Asia, including Thailand, Vietnam, and Myanmar, wireless boards with lithium batteries can be shipped via land-based forwarders. This option typically takes 1-3 weeks for delivery, depending on the destination, and tracking numbers will only be available once the package reaches the destination country. For faster delivery, orders can be shipped through DHL Express or Wyngs Sdn Bhd without including lithium batteries. Customers can source compatible batteries locally, which can be easily installed without soldering.
  • For domestic orders within Malaysia, we offer free shipping via GD Express, with delivery times of 1-3 working days.

4. Non-Delivery Areas

Due to political or logistical issues, we may be unable to ship to certain regions or countries. Currently, we are unable to ship to Ukraine. If you are located in a restricted area, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

5. Customs and Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please note that we cannot underdeclare the value of items on customs forms.

6. Lithium Battery Policy

Certain couriers, including DHL Express and Wyngs Sdn Bhd, do not permit shipping of boards with lithium batteries unless specified for Southeast Asia wireless boards. However, our boards are designed with socketed battery slots, allowing you to source compatible batteries locally and install them easily without soldering.

7. Tracking Information

Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. Immediate tracking is available for DHL Express, SF International Express, FMX, and GD Express. For shipments to Southeast Asia via land-based forwarders, tracking numbers are available only after the package arrives in the destination country.

8. Shipping Issues and Delays

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays caused by couriers or customs are beyond our control. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at xcmkbtech@gmail.com. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

9. Returns Due to Incorrect Address

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may require the customer to cover additional shipping costs to resend the package. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout to avoid delays or issues.
