Our custom spinning disc combines four directional keys with unlimited clockwise and anticlockwise rotation, giving you seven independent inputs in one compact control. Every input can be remapped across 10 layers, giving you up to 70 different actions — from volume and scrolling to creative controls and application shortcuts.

Integrated Trackpad

Because gestures matter.

Why not a trackball? We chose a trackpad because it gives you more than pointer control. On Windows and Linux, the integrated trackpad supports multiple gestures, while our customization lets you adjust its behavior, DPI, scrolling speed and more.

On MacOS, you can access different 2-finger and 3-finger gesture behaviors through layers. Simply assign a layer to the gesture you want, then use the trackpad with one finger to trigger it. Everything can be configured through our custom Vial GUI — no firmware compilation required.

Just snap it anywhere.

Our lightly polished steel bottom isn't just about the look. Its magnetic surface works directly with MagSafe accessories, so you can attach the keyboard to a MagSafe phone holder without adding a ring or adapter. Any position. Any angle. Just snap it on.

Functional RGB

RGB that does more than look good.

We made RGB part of the keyboard's interface. Assign different colors to different layers, choose which keys light up, and use lighting as a visual indicator of your current setup. Beyond the 44 built-in RGB effects, our Custom RGB mode lets you assign individual colors to individual keys — giving you complete control over how your keyboard communicates with you.

We developed our own combination of customised foam and IXPE switch pads to refine the feel and acoustics of the keyboard — materials and construction methods that are uncommon in typical DIY builds.

The RP2040 with 16MB flash gives QMK and Vial plenty of room for complex configurations — including up to 10 layers, 32 tap dances, 32 combos, and 32 macros.No need to constantly worry about the memory limitations associated with older ATmega32U4-based designs.
USB-C Between the Splits
Simpler. Safer.
We replaced the traditional TRS connection with USB-C between the two halves. More modern and convenient connection, while avoiding the potential issues associated with hot-plugging TRS connections.

The 3D-printed frame, bottom plate, and switch plates are open-source. Modify them, redesign them, print your own versions, or simply experiment.
