Installing on an Ergomech Case
Note for Ergomech Case Users:
If you plan to use the SoflePLUS2 PCB in an Ergomech case, please leave us a note during your order. The Ergomech case requires specific adjustments:
- Different standoff heights.
- Taller trackpad and spinning disk compatibility.
- Alternatively, you can purchase taller standoffs separately (M2*13 height) if needed.
Assembling the PCB:
Remove the OLED display before reassembling the case. Place the PCB inside the case, ensuring that the OLED display slants toward the USB port. Proper alignment is crucial for a snug fit.
Cable Considerations:
Important: Our included elbow Type-C to Type-C cable is not compatible with the Ergomech case. You’ll need to purchase a straight Type-C to Type-C cable separately for the Ergomech case.
